Our friend Grahame Rees in Australia asked us to share this information about a young couple who wants to travel and learn in North America in 2025.

We are a 30-year-old married couple from Australia who are travelling to Canada and America with our 2-year-old daughter Nellie in 2025.

For the last 4 years we have been managing Woomanooka Station, a 1-million-acre outstation in Queensland’s SW Channel Country where we breed Santa Gertrudis cows and background composite steers that are transported in from other company properties.

Our lives on cattle stations spans close to 10 years. We love what we do and thrive on being mentors to others. Our skill set is vast, from all thing’s property maintenance to operating machinery, there is a lot we can do and if we can’t, we want to learn. We take particular pride in being dedicated horseman & cattleman and relish in the art of working with animals using low stress stock handling techniques.

Some of our values include being; family & community oriented, resilient, compassionate, loving, loyal, motivated, helpful, and thorough.

We have great admiration and respect for the authentic and ageless connection between humans, animals and the land and it is our intention to continue building these connections and creating an environment where everything is flowing together while honoring tradition and the importance of leaving a legacy.

2025 will be a year of exponential growth for us. We are truly excited to be embarking on this family venture and can’t wait to see what we can offer you and what we can learn in turn.
